In October of 2010, I was awarded the 'Realtor of the Year' award by the Battle Creek Area Association of Realtors.  I was given this award because of my outstanding service and contribution to the Real Estate profession. 

At a time in history where at every turn, someone reads or hears something dark and gloomy about real estate and the housing market in every aspect of the media, there is one common thread that should not be overlooked: It is a good time to buy. 

Prices on Real Estate have never been better, and smart buyers are buying right now.  Be it an investment property, or personal residence, there has never been a better time in history to make that move towards home ownership.  As a Realtor that is recognized by even my peers for my dedication, I am even more dedicated to serving my clients.
